Welcome to my blog! But what is it?

For years now, I have followed so many fashion blogs and youtube channels and have always dreamed of being able to create something in that world too. With 2017 coming to a close, I figure why not get a jump on the new year?
I live in Nashville and have a great job. I am lucky in so many ways. But, I want 2018 to be more about my hobbies and life outside of work and this is the perfect platform for that.

My personal style is simple, classy, girly, fresh, and a little trendy. I don't usually go for designer pieces but I am inspired by them. I love finding realistic alternatives and versatile, classic pieces that can last season to season and year to year. Budget-friendly and quality, not quantity.

While I love fashion, I may love makeup and beauty a tad more. I'm always on the hunt to try new things and I spend way too much of my paycheck at Ulta and Sephora.

I'm also in the process of updating my home decor and making our small apartment cozy and stylish.
